Схема работы в системе EASDAQ подготовлена Сообществом бирж Франции (Societй des Bourses Franзaises, SBF), компанией NASDAQ, ассоциацией EVCA и представителями компании EASDAQ в Великобритании. Для заключения сделок с помощью демонстрационных экранов будут использоваться электронные системы SBF и NASDAQ.
По словам представителя ассоциации EASD, сообщество SBF, по всей вероятности, станет акционером компании EASDAQ, но Лондонская фондовая биржа (London Stock Exchange, LSE) "занимает выжидательную позицию, и многие потенциальные участники еще взвешивают все «за» и «против»".
Чтобы зарегистрироваться в системе EASDAQ, компаниям в качестве гаранта потребуется обычный инвестиционный банк. Они будут выбраны для включения в списки системы EASDAQ в соответствии с показателями их экономического роста, ожидаемой прибыли и стратегического курса. В отличие от порядка, принятого на существующих биржах, они будут отнесены к разряду компаний "повышенного риска - повышенного дохода".
В результате обследования, проведенного экспертами финансовой фирмы Coopers&Lybrand при поддержке Европейской Комиссии, было установлено, что 466 компаний во Франции, Великобритании, Нидерландах и Испании планируют выпуск акций в ближайшие три года, причем 244 из них соответствуют профилю системы EASDAQ.
Форекс и кредиты
Компании, работающие в области высоких технологий, представляют 33% от числа компаний, профиль которых соответствует системе EASDAQ, 24% компаний являются промышленными, 7% - сбытовыми, 7% производят продукты питания и напитки, а 5% действуют в сфере здравоохранения.
По словам официального представителя ассоциации EASD, ожидается, что вначале в ассоциацию войдут около 20 членов-учредителей. Их список был опубликован в декабре 1994 г.
Стоимость акций в системе EASDAQ, скорее всего, будет выражаться в экю и национальных валютах.
